On Gumboot Friday which was the 5 of April 2019 everyone was wearing gumboots. If you don’t know what Gumboot Day is all about it is all about mantel health and mike king was the person how wanted gumboot Friday Exist for the people that are having trouble finding help and that they think that they are useless and they think that they can’t do anything so he chose gumboots because it is mud and it is heavy but we still have to go all the way thero the mud to Finish the task . So on Friday we went on our chromebooks and I was looking for some positive quotes that could help them feel better and forget about everything and my quote was ‘everyone wants happiness no one what’s pain you can’t have a rainbow without a little rain’ that was my quote, and this idea also came from healthy Puketapapa student Questionnaire. If you have good mental health then you have good well - being but if you don’t have good mental health then you kinda don’t have good well - being.
